Bold Marks Logistics began as a freight dispatch company, delivering outstanding dispatching services to over-the-road (OTR) carriers. However, Chandria's unwavering dedication led her to uncover a crucial need among small motor carriers. She recognized that many truckers were struggling to grasp the importance of operational cost analysis, KPIs, and FMCSA compliance, jeopardizing the long-term sustainability of their businesses.
In response, Bold Marks Logistics expanded its offerings to include tailored carrier support services specifically designed for small owner carriers with less than two years of experience.
